Candy....The best to you on your next phase. Get those darn parasites out and let us know how you are doing. We look forward to fasting along with you next time. Fresh passed along some good info. Seems like it is a good idea to use the parasite fix while doing the fast so that will be the new item I purchase when I visit my local health nut store tomorrow.
