Thank you for the advice I do think I should drink more water, but with all the water Im already drinking I cant even sit for a minute without having to go to the bathroom. (lol)

I will sure drink more water to do what ever it takes to lose the weight. Started at 5'4 160lbs down to 156lbs this is my 4th day and Im going strong.
