I am using Spring Tree Grade A maple syrup. Can I use this? Or do I need to have grade B?

An article I've read said do not use grade A, too refined, mostly sugar. Another article, actually excerps from The Master Cleanse book said grade A is okay. Grade B is better, but grade A is ok.

I found Spring Tree Grade A 100% pure maple syrup at Walmart for $2 and change. Can't beat the price. Chamberlins Health Food sells the same bottle for $5 and change.

Please advise.
