This is my third day on The Master Cleanse. I would like to know if you have to use the exact amount of cayenne pepper as they recommend. It burns really bad, so I use less. Is that acceptable? Also, the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is horrible and it makes me nausiated, does anyone have any suggestions.? Thanks!
