Hey there my fellow day 4's! I'm doing better today than I was yesterday. I didn't do my SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) today because I was too tired this morning to get up early. I have had a hard time sleeping for the last few days. I'm waiting for that energy too.. hang in there, we're almost do day 5.
