Im on day 7 and have been thinking about starting the P & B shake also, i read somewhere someone about taking probiotics after u finish with the P & B shakes, whats a good name or brand of these and how long to do take them-are they like a pill of good bacteria. lol im so new to all this, im just trying to learn from all you pros
