fastmachine, i'm on day 8. and i wasn't trying to be sanctimonious---i think abt sushi everyday. the way it's wrapped, the way it feels, my fav. sushi chef (an artist!)...then i try and remember how good i'm gonna feel after my MC. and hopefully, how rewarding a raw foods lifestyle will be when i come off. wish me luck.
