it's certainly not bad for u. it expands in the colon and absorbs really hard to reach fecal matter. but again, it's a slower process than SWF, tho argubaly more effective. i've seen some Colon Cleanse tablets with bentoite as an ingredient and for me, that's better than the gel-like consistency of the liquid...ewwwwwww.
