I don't know if it's normal, but it sometimes takes me a day or two to start eliminated regularly again after I come off a MC.

Why are you still doing the SM tea? I think there is a danger your bowels might become addicted to it (not in the "drug addic" sense of addicted, but in that it will be hard for the bowels to function without it). I'd stop doing the SM asap if I were you.
