and my tummy hurts :( I came off the fast with OJ and grapefruit juice. My "bad" was 1 piece of bread last night. I feel bloated, yucky, and when I weighed today I was up a pound. What the heck is that about - I've had less than what a bird lives on.

I've continued with the SM tea morning and night -- nothing.

Is this the norm?
