Cleaning tip for teeth and tongue by MrCooties ..... Dental Problems Support Forum

Get a soft 100% cotton small white washcloth. Hairy washcloths work better than smooth ones. Soak the washcloth in water and use it to wipe down your tongue using your fingers.
Gently wipe down your teeth. You can also wipe down the gums, cheeks and upper palate with the same cloth. I prefer to do this before my normal brushing/flossing routine.
Notice how smooth your teeth feel.
To see how good this works, try it *after* your normal brushing routine and look at the rag, and notice how cleaner your mouth feels.
