I am hoping that, in the end, that this will have been very beneficial to me and to my health. I would have thought it crazy for someone to tell me that hadnt eaten in 13 days, but here I am, after 13 days going strong and feeling good. You know another thing, I figure that I am getting almost 900 calories a day, so it's not like I am starving myself. Anyway, thanks for your words of encouragement. :-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-)
