Hello everyone. I am on to day 3 down 8 lbs in 2 days! Feeling really good today. I think about food all the time, but not hungry. Commercials don't help!

This morning, my kidney's are really hurting. I drink water in between my lemonade. Do you think I need to up the water intake, could there be stones and if so, will they pass on this diet?

Any suggestions will help.
