205 to 175! That is incredible -- you should be SO proud of yourself. I started at 217, today I'm 199, and will reach my goal of 175 soon :)

Today is day 15 for me, and my last day on the cleanse. I started the Paragone cleanse today and it said to avoid maple syrup - so the Master-Cleanse probably won't cut it for me if I want positive results from that. Instead I'm going to start the Medifast after a 2 day break (Monday).

I wish you the best, and know you'll find a good fasting partner on the board -- there are some great folks out there :)
