Wow…you ARE living my fears…that is exactly what I am scared of. I can see that scenario happening to me. Great intentions and me are best friends. I want to believe that I can change my habits but I am overwhelmed by images of myself stuffing my face with whatever is closest or whatever food commercial is on the television.

It does help to know I am not alone.
