So much support, Im so glad I have you all.

Well, I can't really go on, because I have to stop tomorrow, for a really good reason. And there isn't really a way I can make this fast longer. My maple suryp doesn't say what kind it is, so I have no clue, I am just blaming my 'no weight loss' on that!lol, not sure though. I am glad that one of you said I wouldn't get over the plateau in five days, I guess I had high hopes... oh well. I am definetly ging to UP the workouts BIG TIME. and hopefully I can kick this plateau in the butt. My pool opens soon, so I will be swimming everyday, PLUS Rollerblading, and hopefully getting back into running... I guess maybe some weights too... Hmmm, kinda getting excited about all that!

I will be back on the fast in the fall and I will do ten days. THATS A PROMISE!

I have gotten really close to this site so i don't think I will leave any of you for long... I will definetly keep in touch, and I will be with you through everyone of your fasts, any time write away... maybe I should have a 'ask billie' forum...LOL! Im not that smart...

Thanks for the support, i can't wait to return in the fall.
