Wow, day 11. Awesome. I was afraid of the headaches because I rarely get them & knew I would not be able to handle it. I weaned myself from caffiene for 2 weeks before starting the Master-Cleanse & I am glad I did. No headaches. Wishing you much continued success to reach your goals on the MC
