5 days with the wrong syrup isn't going to have the cleansing effect of a 10 day cleanse with the right ingredients. Your body is just now getting used to not eating and using its fat resources to cleanse. This is probably why the first 3 days are so difficult.

You're on a roll and will be amazed at what the next 5 days can do for ya! I encourage you to give it a go :)
