Hey Fresh,

First to answer your questions…

I have lost close to 40 pounds. I started losing more weight around day 15 when I began drinking the proper amount of water (1/2 body weight in ounces per day). Yes, I am still eliminating (crazy huh!!). Personally I did not experience weird mucus releases. The most drastic change besides my weight is my skin (everyone says I glow). My hair and nails have improved also.

I will definitely check out E3Live…sounds like what I need. I want to do the raw thing…it does scare me a little…but I am willing to try.

You are 33...hmmm...I just turned 34 on April 25th. I wonder if a lot of people on the forum are around our age. Do you live in Manhattan? I used to live on 30th & Lex. My husband and moved to Boston 5 years ago…I miss New York.
