Melanie, Glad to hear you had a successful cleanse. I'm quite interested in this medifast (I'll have to check it out). Please keep us posted after the fast to let us know how the breaking of the fast is going and how you transitioned into the medifast. The scariest part of the fast is ending it right and continuing to stay with your goals. I wish you well and your posts were always a joy to read! Tia
