Day 3 is the hardest for a lot of people, including me. On my first Master-Cleanse I called in sick on day 3, I felt so terrible. I spent most of the day in bed. Day 4 was a lot better, and day 5 was incredible - I had more energy and felt better than I have in YEARS, almost euphoric.

It really does get better and easier, so hang in there!
