Sally....thanks so much for the fast follow-up. I'm on day 17 now and am beginning to think past day 21. Maybe I can hang as long as you have done. It is very encouraging to hear of your continued success post-fast. Your new diet is the same as I want
and the reason I started this fast. I felt I needed a real kick in the pants if I was to change my old habits. I believe this fast is the kick in the pants.
