I have been a yo yo faster. Did 10 days, then recently been having a hard time getting started again. I've been doing every other day actually. Mostly because there's been a lot going on and a lot on my mind. I need a few days to do nothing but fast the first few days I start. Still...you keep me wanted to continue. Keep posting. Thanks.
