Hi Cari,

Thanks for the post - that was sweet. Sometimes I feel like I've bombarded this MB -- but I come here often for support (I sit at a desk all day) and this has been my lifeline, because there's no one else to talk to about all this stuff. It's not like I can talk to my coworkers about cayenne pepper and lemons :)

Congrats on your weight loss - that's awesome! Please share more -- I hate to be the only one babbling here :)
