Early on this sounds somewhat normal, as the body is pushing all the toxins out of your bod. I do get pretty good cramping before I move -- 5 times yesterday (on day 11). So I know the cleanse is still in full force.

Yes, it is uncomfortable, but I've resigned myself that it's my body's way of expelling all the bad stuff. It always passes after I visit the bathroom.
