I've had a bad experience with the SWF, too. I have about the same reaction to it as Ray- except I can't stand the taste. I try to guzzle it quickly like you're supposed to. I like the taste of salt... I've be one to eat the crystals at the bottom of the pretzel bag... but THAT volume of salt water is hard to chug.

The tea AM/PM seems to work well for me. I'll do more SWF's this weekend (when I have time to spend 2 hrs getting it all out again)... but during the daily routine the teas do seem to work well.
