The tea has bother me the last to early mornings. I usually get up between 5 and 5:30 but the past 2 mornings I was at at 1 or 3 am in the bathroom and then again at 4 both mornings. I would wake up with aches. Didn't have it at all before. Not taking tea this AM, to give my body a tiny rest but mainly because I ran out here at work. I have peppermint I might take today with the lemonade concentrate in it. I bought lemonade concentrate in today to work since we have filtered warm water.

I'll let you know how I do tomorrow.

Only tool one SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) 2 sundays ago before Day 1. Didn't like it.
