Hello Dani.....I would say that drinking it at room temp is just fine. Today is day 16 and I have been drinking it that way all along. Have lost 18.5 lbs and feel great. I also drink the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) at room temp. We are all different so what works for one might not have the exact same effect on another, but I can't see why drinking your mixture at room temp is going to be less effective.
