Hello,
Today is day 11 for me and I have only lost 10 lbs. and yesterday, I actually went up a pound!!! I think it was the SWF. I was bloated and my rings didn't fit. It was awful to starve and get on the scale and find that I had gained a pound. I lost that pound today, didn't do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and now my rings fit again! YEAH I am sure that I will have a 1 or 2 lb weight loss tomorrow. Good luck and happy fasting.
