Ewww yuk!! Not add salt to the drink, just a tiny pinch (few grains) tossed in my mouth (kinda like some people do with the cayenne). I've always been a salt nut, but I know table salt is totally evil, so I've avoided it as much as possible. Then I read about how wonderful Sea Salt is for you, so I've been using quite a bit up until I started this MC. Now I miss it, but I do love that SWF!! To me it tastes great & gives wonderful results.
