Should i be worried?

I tried the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) yesterday and this morning and nothing happened both times. I mix exactly 2 level teaspoons to 1 quart of warm water and drink it down without too much of a break. It feels terrible, so heavy... so my body is absorbing this whole quart?? It's gotta be. It's not coming out...

Anyways, I have also been using Smooth Move lax tea in the eves so I did have a BM first thing this morning. But nothing else all day.

If it works, is what comes out like almost a quart of liquid? Or about half of that? Possibly I'm dehydrated and my body is absorbing all of it?
