Sorry about the bumps -- not sure what that's about :( As far as weight loss, if you're clos to your ideal weight you'll lose weight slower. If you're (like me) who is 40 pounds+ overweight, I'm going to lose it faster. I started at 217 and am now 203 -- BUT I should be in the 160-170 range for my height and body build.

Keep up the good work you're doing great!
