Yesterday was my first SWF, today I have gained about 2 pounds, and feel bloated and distended after 2 glasses water and one lemonade like I used to feel after eating alot of dairy or a really greasy greasy meal.

I dont have any idea how people do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) every day. I plan on only doing it once a week, and drinking tea

I think the weight and bloating might be from the salt water flush, and not drinking enough regular water later to flush it out. (I worked outside yesteday too) I will try to drink extra today. Too much salt left in my system hanging on to water?

Has anyone else experienced this?

Otherwise, on day 9, my joints are not as achy and stiff, my tongue is about 50% coated, my Psoriasis is a tiny bit better than yesterday, and I just 'feel better' than I have in a long, long time.
