Hi Tina,

With your period starting and the cramping, I'd probably forego the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) today -- who needs more agony right? I'm going to do my first SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) tomorrow morning to see how it goes. I plan on going 15 days (keeping fingers crossed).
