hmmmmm....I've been feeling so darn good, until I woke this morning. I've never had a headache upon waking (well not counting my younger partying tequila days). The scale says the same as yesterday. No worries - that doesn't bother me, I was just getting used to the 1 - 2 pound drop a day! I've lost a total of 11-12 pounds so far!

I'm starting my day with some tea, and hope that clears my head a bit.

Also - does anyone have a "foggy brain" on this cleanse. I swear I'm more forgetful. just this morning, I poured my tea - then I let it steep for 5 mins or so - then I went back and picked up the kettle to pour it again! I find I've been more forgetful and spacey these past couple of days :( should I be worried?

Hoping for a successful day 9 -- shooting for 15.
