Day 3 and 4 were the hardest for me, but I'm on day 8 now and feel like I could do 8 more EASY!

The toxins are churning and that's why you feel bad. On day 3 or 4 my legs hurt so bad I thought I ran a marathon in my sleep -- it's gone now.

It's really worth it if you keep on going. Your body will thank you :)
