Hi there Lelo,

From what I understand, your body won't lose weight that it's not meant to. So, don't concern yourself with the weight loss.

Are you a smoker? Drink coffee, sodas, etc.?

I think day 3 is hard for a lot of people. I was a little tired but on the whole ok.
