Hello everyone,

I just got back from a business trip yesterday (I have been gone since Monday). I was extremely worried that I would have to break my fast while away…but I was all right. My SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) suffered more than anything (I only did 2 due to early morning meetings).

My energy is good and I think my body will allow me to go for 40 days. I am considering drinking 32 oz of Master-Cleanse and keep my water intake up during the day and having a small meal for dinner for days 41 to 60? Just thinking about it.

Note to everyone trying to make it…I never thought I could make it past 10 days…but it does get easier…I promise!!
