Hey sallybb, do I remember reading in a post somehwere that all you are doing is the MC, and you are passing all these stones just on MC?

I am only on day 5, and feeling great, but such deep deep de-toxing occurs with a longer session, I am willing to aim for that. I know you are trying to heal a cyst, so you'e got great motivation to keep going, but can you give any pointers to someone who is aspiring to perhaps a 21 or 30 day detox?
