Are you doing the SWFs? I felt that I lost too much potassium, which can happen with loose stools, when I did the SWFs. Below is a link about the symptoms of low potassium, regardless of how one gets to that point. I don't know if this is your problem or not. Food has potassium in it. I started feeling immensely better when I quit doing the SWFs (I was doing other things - modified cleanse- to keep my bowels moving, and move they did, but I did not have the watery diarrhea movements like with the SWF.)
