Hi, Yes I remember your post.......half of a marathon how impressive!!!! I really don't get into telling people that I know because most would not understand. My hubby and mother know and are very supportive (of course at first they were skeptical but seeing the change in me has opened them up that this might be a good thing).

I like you am afraid to get off the fast ......mostly because I do not trust myself and my patent of eating was never very good. I'm feeling so good and I don't want to lose this feeling. It's easier for me not to eat then to try and eat the right things or the right amount. I'm reading a Braggs book right now and going to really try to add more raw into my diet.

Keep up the great job....congrats on day 10!!!
