I'm glad to hear you're doing so well! My arms used to tingle and go numb at night, too! I'm on Day 4, and feel great! Are you doing the SWF? I haven't tried it because Smoooth Move tea seems to be doing a pretty good job.

I'm going to try to do this thing for 10-14 days. Hope you'll keep us updated on your progress!
