Hi,

According to the book, honey must not be used at any time. Like alcohol, honey, being predigested, enters the blood directly, raising your Sugar level above normal.

It's very important that you do not use genuine maple syrup and not maple flavored Sugar syrup. I purchased grade B maple syrup on line when I couldn't find it at GNC (my local health food store).

How many days have you been doing the program with honey, and have you been using genuine maple sryup?
