I did a lot of net research so I could attempt to do a healthy and focused fast. I feel very pathetic that it only the first day and Im already feeling soooo sooo tempted to eat something. I have a killer headache and my stomach is growling. For anyone else that has done this....does it get easier, or am I just too much of a whimp to do this.
