Hi Em,

I didn't take it like that at all. As a newbie, I welcome the advice of those who have been on this cleanse for awhile. Sure I can throw out my tidbits of how I make my juice, or how I'm feeling today, but as someone who's wrapping up day 4 - I really have little expert knowledge.

In any case, I don't see it as dogmatic at all.
