I think there's an awful lot of good advice on CureZone (especially on Ask Shelley) but I dont like the tendency to suggest that there is a "cure all" that will work for everyone.
There are a host of reasons why one person will retain water much more than another, so I dont see how a blanket instruction on how much water one should take in could possibly apply to everyone.
