i am 5"2 i started at 205 and now i am 191.5 and proud
good luck u can do it i am amazed at my self i sat by two family meals over the weekend and wasnt even tempted(sabbath observer)u need stronge support and this forum really helps with modivation and answers
nothing tastes better then feeling good !!!!
