If the blood was bright red, chances are that it came from near the anus. Its possible that the high fiber in the salads has caused a small abrasion and resulted in a slight loss of blood. The most important thing is to monitor yourself and make sure no blood is being passed between bowel movements. If the amount of blood increases, or if you notice bleeding between BMs, than see a doctor.
While the diet plan your are following is not a true Master Cleanse, it is clean and healthy enough to slowly detox your system and hopefully prepare for a fast later on. It took me months of short fasts and clean diets before I could do a 10 day Master Cleanse. Don't give up. Actually, if weight loss is your prime motivation then you may loss it faster by eating a little than by fasting.
