Yesterday I had a movement that scared me.

I wiped and saw a quarter-sized bloodstain on the toiletpaper, check the bowl and to my surprise saw a lot of bright red blood on the stool and mixing with the bowl water.

Has anyone experienced this? I am doing a modified cleanse- for the last several days I have been having the juice for 2 meals and eating one meal of 'healthy' food, such as 2 eggs and a salad or a chicken breast with some vegetables. I was going crazy not being able to eat, realizing I was not mentally up for the challenge.

But the blood has me worried, and I have stopped the senna tea for now.
