I do the tea at night and the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the morning. I have noticed that the combination has been just right and I usually release most in the mornings. The amount of salt had to be varied as I noticed thta I was a bit clogged up on the first day, but no problems since then. Day Six, 9 lbs lighter, and ran a half marathon yesterday, so it must be working.
